Implementarea tehnologiilor societăţii informaţionale (IST / FP6 / FP7) la nivelul exigenţelor Uniunii Europene

  • Implementarea directivelor Conferinţei de la Bologna (1999) în sistemul educaţional din România şi a strategiilor europene: strategia Lisabona (The Lisbon Strategy was adopted in March 2000 and aims to make the EU the most dynamic and competitive economy by 2010); iniţiativa i2010; planul de acţiune eEurope 2005; FP7 Framework Programme - ICT / Europe; Digital Agenda 2020
  • Realizarea cadrului de manifestare a iniţiativelor profesionale şi de management ale comunităţii universitare şi preuniversitare
  • Realizarea de activităţi concrete privind colaborarea cu firmele de profil pentru o pregătire adecvată a resurselor umane pentru piaţa muncii
  • Promovarea şi implementarea ideilor moderne în educaţia iniţială şi în formarea continuă, promovarea spiritului de lucru/cercetare în echipă, atragerea şi includerea tinerilor în programele de cercetare şi dezvoltare, promovarea şi implementarea tehnologiilor de tip IT&C în educaţie şi în formarea continuă

Obiective Specifice

Elaborarea de cercetări, proiecte şi aplicaţii în domeniile de E-Learning, Software şi Management Educaţional

  • Promovarea şi dezvoltarea cercetării ştiinţifice în domeniile e-Learning, Software Educaţional şi Virtual Reality
  • Lansarea de programe pentru introducerea în procesul de învăţământ a tehnicilor de e-Learning
  • Sprijinirea profesorilor şi specialiştilor în activitatea de introducere şi utilizare a tehnologiilor moderne de prezentare-fixare a cunoştinţelor în formarea iniţială şi continuă
  • Intensificarea colaborării între elevi, studenţi, profesori, pedagogi, psihologi şi specialişti IT în activităţile de concepere, proiectare, elaborare şi testare a aplicaţiilor de software educaţional
  • Creşterea rolului şi răspunderii cadrelor didactice în conceperea, elaborarea şi utilizarea metodelor tradiţionale în complementaritate cu tehnologiile şi metodele moderne de tip IT, în procesul de formare inţială şi formare continuă
  • Promovarea şi dezvoltarea tehnologiilor informatice în activităţile educaţionale, de management si de training
  • Promovarea şi utilizarea produselor de Software Educaţional în învăţământul superior şi preuniversitar

General objectives

  • The implementation of the Information Society Technologies (IST) according to the European Union Framework-Programme (FP6, FP7).
  • The implementation of the Bologna Conference (1999) directives for the romanian educational system.
  • The development of a Romanian Framework supporting the professional and management initiatives of the educational community.
  • The organization of the activities concerning the cooperation between the educational system and the economical companies to find out an adequate distribution of the human resources over the job market.
  • To promote and implement the modern ideas for both the initial and continuing education, to promote the team based working, to attract and integrate the young graduates in the Research and Development projects, to promote and implement ICT for initial and adult education activities.

Particular objectives

  • The development of Research, projects, and software for E-Learning, Software
    and Educational Management fields.
  • To promote and develop scientific research for e-Learning, Educational Software and Virtual Reality
  • To create a framework for a large scale introduction of the e-Learning approaches in teaching activity.
  • To assist the teaching staff and ICT professionals in the usage of the modern technologies for teaching both in the initial and adult education.
  • To improve the cooperation among students, teachers, pedagogues, psichologists and IT professionals in specification, design, coding, and testing of the educational software.
  • To increase the teachers' role and responsibility to design, develop and use of the traditional tehnologies and ICT approaches in a complementary fashion, both for initial and adult education.
  • To promote and develop information technologies for the teaching, management and training activities.
  • To promote and use Educational Software Packages for the initial and adult education.
